Return Process

  Visit our 'Returns Center' or email our support team with your order ID and photos of the product within 10 days of receipt.

  Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and retains all original handloom tags and packaging for a successful verification process.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address; simply hand over the securely packed parcel to our courier partner.

  Refund or Exchange

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchanged item.
